How to Work With Your Doctors Without Going Crazy

During my battle with vulvodynia I saw at least 25 different doctors and more than 25 alternative doctors. Many people assume that I’m against conventional doctors, I am not. Now that I am older and more experienced I learned to use the strengths of conventional medicine and alternative medicine to help me. I also learned how to navigate doctors without making myself crazy. I learned how to recognize a doctor who is harming me more than helping and how to stand up and walk out, even if that's in the middle of the appointment. Yep. Unfortunately, by the time I mastered most of these lessons, my V battle was over. I'm hoping that this post will help those still in the trenches. Essential: Changing Your Water Source

Why is water so important when healing a vagina?  In my experience water is key, especially for those who are healing their vaginas/urethras. I'm guessing that the reason WATER QUALITY is so important for our group is because the urethra, vagina and butt hole are all main detox paths. Meaning that to heal these areas we need to remove the pathogens and toxins within our bodies which are causing our problems yet for these toxins and virus corpses to exit our bodies, they literally need to PASS THROUGH the areas that are ALREADY inflamed. Fighting Vulvodynia & Flu Viruses

When my son was around 1 we both kept getting sick. We would get the flu every 4 weeks and each time it would last 7 days. This went on for a year. It was so frightening to hold my baby son while he burned with a 102 fever. Of course doctors couldn’t help. A family member recommended Anthony William. Rinsing is Essential

  I've learned a lot while coaching other women who are fighting V. Honestly when I first starting coaching I didn't understand the full picture of my healing. There were certain things that I just did without thinking that made a big difference in my healing. I really didn't understand their full impact till I talked to others who were still in their battle. One of these things was rinsing. Almost 20 years ago when I struggled with chronic UTI's an acupuncturist recommended rinsing. I've been rinsing ever since. Basically, after you go to the bathroom (pee or poop) you rinse your lady parts with water. He explained that it contracts your urethra and pushes any sort of bacteria out. For me, it was a game-changer. SETTING EXPECTATIONS: So rinsing isn't going to take away pain, at least it didn't for me. Again, I healed following Anthony William’s material after seeing 25 doctors and more than 25 alternative practitioners. I’ll be adding to this post periodically. I beat this *!@#ing virus again! How I did it in 3 weeks while pregnant

I beat this *!@#ing virus again! (Please add your own expletives here) I have been pain free for almost 3 years and suddenly it came back.  I was 26 weeks pregnant and living in the smoke from the fires in Northern California. After 4 days living in the smoke, the pain came back. I was floored. I had underestimated the environmental toxins. It took me about 3 weeks to figure out what had fallen apart in my body but once I incorporated the right combinations of things into my diet, I was pain free almost over night. I woke up the next morning and it was just gone. Gone. I even ate some dairy and cake on my birthday a few days later and I was still pain free. So crazy. This is how I did it. *I don't expect that this will resolve most women's pain that quickly because I have spent years repairing my body but I'm hoping this new understanding will speed up everyone's recovery time.
